We just had a great vacation in Nha Trang. It was worth. The hotel is very clean and smells good. The hotel is decorated quite modern and luxurious. The staff welcomed us warmly. I was really surprised at this. We were instructed by staff to the room and introduced the facilities in the hotel quite carefully. Afterwards, she instructed the furniture in my room very carefully and asked if I could ask for more. I feel so happy to be taken care of like at home. My room is arranged towards the sea and this makes me very interested. My room is very clean and clear. Our room were also decorated with romantic rose beds and i was surprised when I entered the room. The bath tube is great to be made more special with roses. The equipment in my room is well maintained and hygienic. They are almost new and clean. The air in the room is very refreshing and there is no mold smell in the air. We were very pleased because the room was clean like the first day of check-in and the bed was folded neatly. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. There are so many options and the food is delicious. Restaurant staff came to the table to ask and serve us beverage. I feel very touched about this interest. If I have the opportunity to return to Nha Trang, I will choose this hotel as a destination for my whole family. Thank you very much.

This is the first time I enjoy the service at Vinpearl. I am very happy about the service here. Housekeeping staff very meticulous and clean. During the 2 nights I stayed at this hotel, I slept very well because the bed and pillows were quite smooth and comfortable. My room is located on a high floor so the view is quite beautiful and wide. I can see the sea and the whole city. Space in the room is quite large and comfortable, accompanied by the smell of fresh air. The items in the room are luxurious and modern. The equipment in the room is like new, good value for money. The bathroom is clean and has a pleasant aroma. The bathtub is large and feels comfortable when taking a dip after a day walking around the city. Every corner of the room is clean carefully. The restaurant is veryl uxurious and many dishes. Using gold and white tones, it is very luxurious and high-class. Especially the staff here are very friendly and actively support me. I really like this place. Trust me, you will feel worthy of what you spend when you come here. See you someday.

I dislike this hotel from the first second I came in. Two staff stood outside the hotel chitchatting without trying to help with our luggage. The entrance looks dusty and empty and does not look as good as the photos shown on its official website. The check-in staff lacked of smile and can only communicate with simple English. No one intended to show us where the lifts and other facilities are. And again no one offered to deliver our luggage to room. Our room has not been cleaned throughly There are stains on the table and sofa, marks on the wall and hairs on the floor. The room looks quite nice from the first glance but if you look closer, you can tell that all its furniture are made by cheap materials and the room is decorated with some cheap artwork. The maintenance and cleaning service are below average. I CANNOT imagine it is a new hotel. The hotel conducted a fire drill in the morning of Dec 27. We appreciated that the hotel puts its guests safety at the first priority. We also appreciated the audio announcement 10 mins before the drill. When we heard the alarm, we intended to cooperate and leave the hotel via the emergency exit immediately but found that the emergency / fire exit was locked. A lady staff came out from the corridor immediately and asked us not to use the fire exit. We waited in our room for another 5-10 mins and decided to try another fire exit and again the lady staff stopped us and said ‘no entry’. It didn’t sound right to us that the hotel stopped all the lifts, did not allow the use of fire exits and advised guests staying in their rooms during fire drill (the entire fire drill exercise lasted 20-25 mins). What’s the purpose of having a fire drill if ppl in the building were not asked to evacuate? If the hotel thinks it was inconvenient to evacuate ppl, why didn’t simply test the fire alarm and allow the use of lifts? I seldom give 1* for hotels I stayed because I always select hotels carefully. The management of Vinpearl group deserves my poor review. I will definitely avoid this hotel group for my future trips to Vietnam. Be aware of those 5* ratings from junior-levelled reviewers. They DO NOT look like genuine reviews to me.
