Тур в Lahana Resort Phu Quoc 4*

Lehana is an old(ish) tired lady. Resort sits in a vicinity of city centre, but its designed as secluded getaway. So there is obvious conflict between function, position and aestetics. I was there for a short business trip and for that purpose it was good enough.

Truly unpleasant booking experience. Contacted directly via Facebook during a covid-19 wave in Vietnam, hoping to get better prices. Agreed to get a good rate, yet after we arrived there it changed. Luckily we decided to double-check the price! What happened next: 1. Sales staff didn't propose a solution, just trying to prove that he was right. It took 20 minutes, imagine waiting with a hungry 4 y.o kid. 2. After agreeing it was their mistake, he said that we can get an agreed price, BUT later it will be deducted from his salary. Imagine they want customers to feel themselves guilty! 3. The last point is that a senior manager also didn't provide any solution, not giving his phone/email, full name (just Kevin) or at least trying to contact back. Definitely not recommend this place to avoid unexpected situations when billing.

Not a bad place at all. Friendly staff. Decent happy hour. Would recommend. Thanks guys
