Nice hotel good service

The BEST hotel in Nha Trang (maybe even Vietnam)! The staff are phenomenal! They're so helpful and friendly. We accidentally left a speaker at the pool (and we thought a phone), they quickly unlocked the pool area for us and when we didn't find the phone they let us watch the security cameras. I've never had a hotel be so helpful, a lot of places that have a 'not my problem' outlook, these staff members are the complete opposite! We tried to tip them and they refused to take any money. They really are just wonderful and honest people! The housekeepers are also fantastic. They're so efficient and friendly! The rest of the hotel: The hotel is small enough that it's not super busy/congested with people in elevators, the pool, etc. Other hotels in Nha Trang were SO busy, you could never find a spot at the pool, breakfast was madness, etc. Seana we never had these issues! Great location, close to so many little shops, restaurants, and the beach. Breakfast was good as well. Nice selection of buffet and fresh omelet/crepe bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. Upgraded to a room with a balcony, it wasn't much more but definitely nice to have a little breeze when you want it. A/C worked really well, TV had English speaking movie channels, and wifi worked really well throughout the entire hotel. Thank you, Seana! Will 100% be back next time we visit Nha Trang!

Уютный чистый отель на второй линии. Четыре номера на этаже. Вкусные завтраки. Отличное расположение. Рядом много кафе и спа. Несколько минут до пляжа. Очень улыбчивый и отзывчивый персонал. Бассейн небольшой на 21 этаже.
