Hotel staff is not courteous towards customer..
I have checked in to hotel on 11 Mar 4:30 am and checked out on 13 Mar 9:30 am...
So I asked whether any concession on early check-ins but they straight away denied and i think there is no any courtesy towards...customer service.
And when I checked bill it's showing check-in 10 Mar 6:56 Am...that's ridiculous that I have checked in on 11 Mar at 4:30 am but the bill showing 10 Mar. I asked them to atleast change the date that too they have denied...this shows that how much hotel staff courteous towards customer and even the manager also behaved like this that they don't even bother to check the possibility of doing something for customer...
It's total dissatisfied today by the treatment given by billing staff including manager....

Staff is polite.
Swimming pool,Gym ,Spa on demand is available.
Rooms are big enough , washrooms are clean.
In-house Restaurant,with variety of food.
Breakfast is also nice.
