Не рекомендую отель. В 2019 продали больше комнат чем могли заселить. Обман.

Суетливое место! Слишком шумно от звуков автобусов,которые круглоуточно стоят у Центрального входа и не глушат мотор! Мешают спать)))

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks between 10/9 & 25/9 we booked a double room as myself and wife were travelling with our 18 year old son and 9 year old so wanted the extra privacy. After a 2 hour transfer which includes the driver having a stop at his preferred over priced shop, at 1st glance all seemed well. As we checked in we were offered an upgrade for the very reasonable sum of only €280.We declined. Our Double room was infact a twin with a single fold out bed. The room fridge was warm but it was stocked with water. The hotel overall is clean and is of a decent standard but at best a 3*, the food is catered to a European palette so at times can be a little challenging for children or the less adventurous. The 2 biggest slides ( Boomerang and plug hole) only open for 2 hours in the morning between 10 and 12 while the rest reopen in the afternoon from 2 till 5. The pool area is a death trap along with the toilets around the pool many of the tiles are broken and the area is constantly slippery. The shops within the the hotel are expensive for everything and the phone charging cable I bought from there caught fire in my room. The hotel shops only sell fakes beware ! The supermarket that is a 2 min walk away is far cheaper and has a much wider selection. ( turn left out of the front of the hotel walk to the end of the road then turn right and you will see it about 50m away on your left side). Under no circumstances change money at the hotel reception as the rate they give is atleat 50p to 50 cents lower than anywhere else but if you pay in lera at the bar for a cocktail ( oh yeah the only all inclusive ive been to that isnt infact all inclusive lol) they'lback convert at a higher rate thereby doubling the profit. Eg i change £10 to lira at reception at a rate of 6.3 lira to £ = 63 lira Now i buy a cocktal that is €5 or £5 becauae £1 is also €1 lol they charge 35 lira So if you by a round for 5 it starts to add up. I brought this up with the night manger and his words to me were " What can you buy with 2 lira maybe a kilo of tomato" I spoke to the guest relations manager who while she was very nice said she would pass it to senior management, we both knew nothing would change. This place is 1 giant scam palace that is constantly trying to fleece you, we are just rich tourists ripe for the pickings. I was a Thomas Cook Customer and on day 12 of my holiday TC went bust, this prompted the manager to go into a frenzy, he called everyone into his office demanded money and called the police to attend as a show of force. On the day I left I witnessed 4 police arrive and arrest a woman who video'd him and told the The Sun news paper in the UK what he had done to the Thomas Cook Customer's. He had her arrested in the reception area at 7pm infront of her screaming children and other shocked guests. In my opinion this was purely as a meens to stamp his authority and dissuade any other guests from contacting the press or authorities about his attempts to extort money from stranded holiday makers. If you use any search engine and search for The SUN newspaper and the hotel name you'll see for yourself. The staff are really nice and Alanya is a fantastic and cosmopolitan town that is definatly well worth visiting, its just a real shame that this hotel is run the way that it is. The animation Team work so hard and try with so little that they deserve all the praise they get, but the real truth of it is that if your spending like me £ 3500 and expecting that VALUE of holiday then this isnt the place to go. While the Island has loads of water slides and a fried chicken shack expect to que for over 15 mins for these during the day in 30°+ heat with no shade. What the brochures dont tell you is the island is accessed by all of the Eftalia Hotels so its very busy and you can only get beer, and soft drinks as part of your all inclusive. Unless you get to the island by 8am all the sun loungers at the good pools will be gone because the splash is the furthest away and 2 hotels are within a 2 min walk of the island.
