Where to begin. We booked our stay in a sea view deluxe but ended up in a junior room with the view of the railway track. And as smokers this was extremely annoying cos the rooms lack opening windows. Pros it's sea front so if you love the beach it's perfect but too rough for swimming however the swimming pool is amazing!! Food is decent. Staff is okay but not well trained. Cons are the rooms are poorly air-conditioned. We moved thrice. I would describe the experience as torture. Trying to sleep with a nonworking AC is awful and suffocating. We asked an engineer to look into it and he gassed the AC but it still didn't work and we asked for a fan and didn't get one. And finally at 2am I walked to the reception and asked them to pls do something because you literally start to feel sick/ nauseas when dealing with that level of heat and lack of air movement and they finally found us a small room with no view but at least there was AC. There was no hot water in any of the three rooms either. I called reception 5 times over the course of a day and a half before they finally told me a fuse was blown so there would be no hot water. And the flies. So many. In the dining rooms. They would get in the drinks glasses and on all the food. Massive flies. So many too. We went for the luxury experience but it turned out only so-so. Somewhat disappointed with the experience. Would I recommend the hotel? No! One room being bad is a one off but the second room which was supposed to be an upgrade being bad to worse As well? That's not very good. 😠🥵🥵🥵

Food is very tasty and having a variety of items for the buffet. Nice place to stay with the sea view, ample space and very supportive staff. Suitable to vacations and cooperate events.

This is a good place to relax with friends, family or partner. Meals are good, clean and tasty. The beach is clean and safe. Price is reasonable. Only problem is the car parking where the vehicles are parked under the hot sun. Recommended to visit and stay.
