We are extremely disappointed with the customer service that we have received from Naina resort. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and international border closures we are unable to travel to Phuket for my sister-in-laws wedding in July 2020. She has had to postpone this until next year. We have booked 8 rooms for our family to stay which has cost over $3,000.00 AUD. This booking was made in November last year prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. We have exhausted all avenues whilst trying to contact Naina Resort to request a refund however we are yet to receive a response to any emails or calls. We have been attempting to make contact with Naina Resort daily since March 2020. We have successfully been able to cancel all of our flights due to the airlines understanding the difficult nature of COVID-19 and all other family members staying in other local hotels have also been refunded or credited for the amount booked which can be used for future travel. As you will understand, these circumstances are out of our control and as such we demand a refund, and at the very least a credit to be used for future travel. We understand that this is a distressing time for all parties involved, however we are simply asking you to do the right thing.

We have 8 rooms booked at this resort in July as we were supposed to get married in Thailand. Due to covid 19 we have no choice but to postpone our wedding to 2021 (fingers crossed). We are so disappointed in this hotel as we have paid over $3000 Aud in accommodation and have tried contacting this hotel daily since March with requests of a refund or a credit for future travel. However it is now the 1st of June and we have not had any communication from this resort. This was only one of the places we were staying and the two other hotels have given us credit and we are so thankful to them. Unfortunately Naina Resort has definitely left a foul taste in our mouths and has turned what was supposed to be the happiest times in our life, into a very stressful one. Do the right thing Naina

Naina has let us down again and again with no reply to emails and phone call's related to our canceled holiday affected by the covid situation. We feel like we have been robbed of our money and can not stress enough to avoid this hotel. If you have been affected please voice your situation to warn other travelers.
