Very lovely place to stay with a great pool area. It’s a shame no umbrellas are provided on the rooftop as it gets very hot.

Perhaps this hotel isn't half as bad as the others in Patong Beach, but this has been our experience. The hotel as an excellent location, close to the crazieness of the centre but away from the noise. Rooms are clean and very spacious, lovely bed. Breakfast was very different each morning. Kind of depends what cook is around seems like. Some of the staff are friendly and kind, but some aren't just like any other busy hotel. Please keep in mind the working conditions might be horrible. One big con: the swimmingpool on the roof is fabulous however there is NO SHADE whatsoever. You are literally burning. Apperently they don't have any umbrella's either when I asked. For the price we'd paid I would recommend staying here.
